What an amazing year it’s been for Vessels. The Leeds-based outfit released a special edition of their acclaimed self-released 2015 album Dilate on [PIAS] electronic imprint Different Recordings, performed triumphant sets at festivals including Melt! and Glastonbury, and dazzled the interwebs with the Thomas Ralph-directed music video for their new track “Are You Trending?” We are thrilled to world premiere Hunter/Game’s breathtaking remix of the five-piece’s latest and greatest from the upcoming Are You Trending? remix EP out on September 23. On their re-rub Milan masters Emmanuele Nicosia and Martino Bertolt bathe the track with washes of melodic techno and electronica, recontextualizing it as an epic late-night affair. Check the exclusive premiere below and catch Vessels on November 3 at [PIAS] Nites series along with Different Recordings artist Kllo and Groves at new London venue Omeara. Vessels also play a special late-night show at Beaverworks nightclub in Leeds on November 4.

Premiere: PEREL – Amin
Rising Berlin-based vocalist/DJ/producer PEREL, a regular at Farbfernseher, made waves earlier in the year when she unleashed her tech-house monster “Charles Manson” on Darius Syrossian’s Do Not Sleep Ibiza label. Honing her musical skills since she penned her first song at eight years old, PEREL shows another side of her musical personality on her upcoming Amin EP for Montreal’s Mile End Records, a label who’ve released cuts by house music heavyweights including DJ Pierre, Glimpse and the aforementioned Mr. Syrossian. We’re extremely pleased to world premiere the title track, a dramatic, synth-laden effort with deeply chilling melodies that’ll warm your heart. Listen to the premiere below and check the full release on September 26.
Premiere: iET – Heavy On My Heart (Binkbeats Remix)
Dutch singer-songwriter-instrumentalist iET (a.k.a. Marjan Alise Theodora van Viegen) earned critical praise with 2014’s So Unreal, a collaboration of plaintive neo-soul songs created with Grammy award-winning engineer/producer Russell Elevado (D’Angelo, Erykah Badu). After issuing her Inhale EP earlier this year, she will release her anticipated follow-up, Clarity, on September 2 and embark on a whirlwind tour of the Netherlands. iET tapped fellow countryman Binkbeats (a.k.a Frank Wienk) to put his touch on “Heavy on My Heart,” an evocative song from the album which we’re thrilled to world premiere. A musical powerhouse in his own right, Binkbeats, who typically colors his musical canvas with 50 instruments including vibraphone, guitar, turntables and even a typewriter when he performs live, embellishes the gorgeous track in his own inimitable way. “This song’s vibe I really felt deeply,” he says of his remix. “The empty arrangement gave me the freedom to put a darker depth to it.”
Premiere: Dominik Vaillant – “Skyscraper” (Boy Next Door 3am Remix)
Today Berlin technocrat/Analogue Audio boss Dominik Vaillant presents his Skyscraper EP — his debut effort for Lauter Unfug — and we’ve got the world premiere of fellow Berliner Boy Next Door’s haunting 3 AM Mix. Over the span of 7:28 BND crafts a deep, dark and sinister tech-house soundscape. He navigates the cut into ominous territory thanks to a pounding kick drum from heaven hell. “With this track I tried to transmit to the listener this deep, dark feeling that we are all looking when we go dancing to our favorite club,” says Dominik Vaillant of “Skyscraper.” Mission accomplished.
