Pioneer Introduce DJM-S3 Mixer and DDJ-SR2 Controller

Pioneer DJM-S3 Mixer and DDJ-SR2 Controller

After announcing the release of its new HDJ-X DJ headphone series in October, Pioneer DJ just unveiled two more goodies.

The first is the DJM-S3 mixer. The two-channel DJ unit aimed at up-and-coming battle DJs is Serato DJ and DVS Enabled thanks to its built-in sound card inherited from the professional DJM-S9, so you can plug it into your PC/Mac and start using it with Serato DJ1 straight out of the box.

The DJM-S3 will be available from late September at an SRP of €549 (roughly US $645) including VAT.

Next up is the DDJ-SR2 two-channal controller, which enables DJs to get the latest features in Serato DJ, including the Pitch ‘n Time DJ Expansion Pack, with Key Shift, Key Sync and Pitch Play controls. The lightweight and portable DDJ-SR2 is Serato DVS Upgrade Ready. Nice perk: it comes bundled with the Pitch ‘n Time DJ Expansion Pack.

The DDJ-SR2 will be available from September at an SRP of €699 (roughly US $838) including VAT.
