Swedish house/techno ACKT imprint makes its debut on August 22 with Extended Play 001, a five-cut EP that hints at a bright future. We’re extremely pleased to world premiere one of the tracks from mobilee artist/AMA Records boss Ray Okpara‘s “Asuk” which finds the Mannheim native delivering a sprawling, hypnotic floor shaker of a tune. “Whilst I was listening to some minimal tracks, I got inspired to produce some reduced music,” Ray says of the track. “Part of that inspiration actually came from Nicke, who is one of the label owners of the ACKT imprint. He had previously released some tunes on my label, AMA Recordings, so this completes the circle!
