Oscar L 5 Tracks of the Moment

Known for his many exploits in techno and tech-house, Oscar L has worked hard to earn a global reputation for crafting pure fire. He’s done so by way of a spate of productions and remixes for labels including Suara, Nervous, Black & Purple Recordings and Definitive Recordings.

As his tracks “Paranoid” (Transmit Records) and “Vibes” with Leon (Stereo Productions) race up the charts, his fiery “Looking Forward” collaboration with Sean Collier (Toolroom) — love the opening sample of Sinnamon’s “I Need You Now,” guys! — demonstrates his dance floor dominance yet again. We checked in with the Madrid-based technocrat and asked him to share five tracks he’s living for right now.

1. KI Creighton – “Off the Bat” (Oscar L Remix)
My first release on Material, Mihalis Safras’ label. I play a lot of his tracks.

2. Dubfire & Oliver Huntemann – “Terra” (Joseph Capriati Remix)
No words needed. I love this track

3. Lower & OSp – “Obscuro” (Original Mix)
I have been playing this track all year. I love the energy in the drop!

4. Kydus – “Deliver Me” (Loco & Jam Remix)
Great producers and friends, they are working very hard and his tracks are a good bet.

5. Oscar L, Sean Collier – “Looking Forward”
My back to toolroom and this time with a good partner, Sean Collier, a great techno producer from Toronto, Canada.
