UK housemeister Chocky has been quietly releasing gorgeous, underrated tracks and remixes since 2011. He’s carefully built a discerning and highly select discography of tracks issued on imprints such as Big Bait Records, Ears Have Eyes Recordings, Secret Reels and Flumo Recordings.
The one-named Londoner’s latest release comes by way of his Self Knowledge EP, which is his debut on Steve Bug’s revered Dessous Recordings label. Like much of Chocky’s work the vibe is deep, the groove is unhurried and the production is right on the money.
