Veteran chillout artist Nick Brennan (a.k.a. Tripswitch) made a gallant return in May with his third album, Vagabond, released on Denmark’s Iboga Records. Oozing deep house grooves and shimmering melodies, Brennan switched gears and focused on the dance floor — with spectacular results. On December 6 Iboga will present the Vagabond Remixes, a five-track collection of remixes of cuts from the full-length. We’re extremely pleased to world premiere Melbourne duo Thankyou City’s majestic remix of “Big Time Line” from the package. Brothers Brent and Scott Mirams reimagine the rousing vocal track into a woozy subterranean soundtrack that’s tailor-made for 6 am enjoyment.
