Earlier in the week we shared the news that Paul Hazendonk’s Manual Music will celebrate its 200th release in December via the producer/label head’s Sanction EP. Milk & Sugar Recordings, the imprint run by German producers Mike Milk and Steven Sugar, have attained the same remarkable milestone. The revered house music emporium, which has released tracks by legends ranging from David Morales to Todd Terry as well as young guns Mat.Joe to Doorly, is celebrating 200 releases with the Anniversary EP featuring exclusive cuts from the label’s core coterie of producers: Milk & Sugar, Ben Delay, Lissat & Voltaxx, Dry & Bolinger, Yves Murasca and Oriano. We’re pleased to world premiere Murasca’s “Underground People” off the smokin’ hot seven-tracker. On his fierce vocal sample track, the rising Munich-based Murasca throws down fierce, undulating grooves that pull no punches. The Anniversary EP is out today and sets the stage for the label’s 20th anniversary celebration taking place in summer 2017.
