Oliver-Huntemann

How was 2019 for you?
Oliver Huntemann: 2019 was very intense. Mainly I’ve travelled around the world to present my music and also Senso Sounds had an enormous output with many parties to celebrate its fifth anniversary. The year flashed by like no one before.

Highlights?
The opening of my Taqueria Holy Taco in Hamburg.

Lowlights?
The success of the right-wing populists in Germany, especially in the east of Germany.

Song of the year?
Shaded – I Got Haters (Senso Sounds)

What’s your New Year’s resolution?
Nothing special, just trying to eat more healthy and to live more healthy in general.

2017 Rewind: Oliver Huntemann

Oliver Huntemann

How was 2017 for you?
Oliver Huntemann: 2017 has been a very important and fulfilling year for me on both the private and the business side. I witnessed two babies coming into life: One beautiful human being and the other one in the form of my new album, Propaganda. I couldn’t be more satisfied about this year. It feels like it’s been the most important year in my life.

Highlights?
Beside the already mentioned big changes above I’m proud of what happened with my label, Senso Sounds, during the year. Senso Sounds made incredible steps with the help of the fantastic music by all artists, plus the first label showcases have been way over expectation.

Lowlights?
I always try to be positive and forward-thinking. I don’t care much about lowlights or negative experiences as long as my family and friends are healthy and happy. If something doesn’t work as I wish I simply try better from that point.

Song of the year?
André Winter – “Fléaux”

What’s your New Year’s resolution?
Harder, better, faster, stronger.
