Trax Records Curates House Music From Around The World For ‘Trax Mission’

Trax Records, the highly influential Chicago house label that gave rise to early classics including Jamie Principle & Frankie Knuckles’ “Your Love,” Larry Heard’s “Can You Feel It,” and Marshall Jefferson’s “Move Your Body,” will release Traxmission, a 20-track compilation comprised of up-and-coming house producers from around the world, on September 1.

The release was compiled by label boss Screamin’ Rachael and head A&R Carmelo Carone.

An album sampler, DJ mixed by Carmelo Carone can be heard below.

Earlier in the year the label released I ♥ NY, a 14-track compilation featuring contributions from NYC artists including Johnny Dynell, Michael Magnan, Christy Love, Tyler Stone, Michael Musto, Erol Sabadosh, Chimp Hardy, TradeCraft, Gant Johnson, and more.
