Last summer we caught up with Digitalism‘s Jens “Jence” Moelle and İsmail “Isi” Tüfekçi around the time when they released their bristling electro-charged single “Roller.” Six months or so later they’ve emerged from the studio with their third album, Mirage, set for release on May 13th via Magnetism Recordings/PIAS. Jence and Isi also announced plans of taking their new music to the masses with a 10-city North American tour on May 19 at Music Hall of Williamsburg in our beloved hometown of Brooklyn. Expect to hear new tracks “Utopia” and “Battlecry” from the upcoming Mirage, which we’re told features a range of styles including disco, French touch, prog-rock, rave and hip-hop. The duo’s North American trek is preceded by four European gigs beginning on April 27 in Paris.
