How was 2019 for you?
Tasha LaRae: 2019 was a “pause” year for me. Up to this point, my life was going pretty fast and lots of major things were happening. But they were happening so fast that I couldn’t keep up with them and I didn’t enjoy them as much. Once 2019 started, it felt like my life to a moment to pause so I could truly see where I was, where I had been, and re-evaluate where I’d like my life to go next. In hindsight, I’m thankful for this moment because it allowed me to complete and release my first LP, and it let me see a few areas in my life that I want to change. So, thank you 2019 for the chance to pause and soak in my reality check.
