How was 2019 for you?
Squire: 2019 was a great year. A lot of new things went on really. It went so fast, couldn’t really have a feel for it and it was already gone. I had a few great shows, some nice daylight festivals in the Caribbean and Mediterranean, and released some music on Mobilee and All Day I Dream, as well as my LP on Truecolors with Jonas Rathsman remixing. It was a good year.
Highlights?
Playing at Amnesia Ibiza, one of the most prestigious clubs in the world, and releasing my record “Common Sense” on Mobilee.
Lowlights?
I would’ve liked to have had more time in the studio, and to work on my album as well. I’m planning to work on more personal music, and I always feel I need loads of time for this … which is hard to come by!
Song of the year?
Eagles & Butterflies feat. Coloray – “Can’t Stop”
What’s your New Year’s resolution?
To play in South America and Asia for the first time, and I’m especially looking forward to signing all the new tracks that I just finished in the studio.
