2018 Rewind: RP Boo

RP BOO

How was 2018 for you?

RP Boo: 2018 was good year for me. I made a few changes with agents that worked out fine to move on into greater things to come dealing with touring. The new album was most excellent for me; I knew that would get some amazing feedback from all over the world.

Highlights?

My highlights is always being able to perform for the fans at any time giving them a show that they will always talk about and remember.

Lowlights?

When I was on my way to Amsterdam from Aarhus Denmark, I traveled two hours by train from Aarhus into Aalborg then 20 minutes to airport. Soon as I was about to go present passport to agent I realized I lost my backpack on the train in Aalborg! Long story short I traveled back to train station and yes it was there. I thank God! Oh, then that lowlight finished out to the greatest set finishing out at Le Guess Who? Festival in The Netherlands.

Song of the year?

I actually have two:

“Unblocked” (Unreleased) by DJ Manny

“Step The Fuk Back” (Unreleased) by DJ Phil. (It’s a remake of the late DJ Rashad’s “Hidden Treasures.”)

What’s your New Year’s resolution?

I don’t do New Year’s resolutions. I just always make the best of things and correct any mistakes at the moment after it happens. That is what gives me the best results and apply to other things as it might happen.
