How was 2017 for you?
Eliot Lipp: Excellent. I’ve been working on collaborations with Cherub, Michna, Blockhead and a few more. I’m very excited to release new music in 2018.
Highlights?
Playing Red Rocks and Bonnaroo this year were unforgettable. Also going back to playing vinyl in my DJ sets has been fun.
Lowlights?
I moved twice and travelled a lot so I wasn’t able to spend as much time in my studio as I would’ve liked. A lot of my gear stayed packed up. I got to dive deeper into my plugins which is cool but as an old-school type producer I really like using hardware.
Song of the year?
Either “DNA” by Kendrick or “T Shirt” by Migos
What’s your New Year’s resolution?
Eat better, stop procrastinating so much, think positive thoughts and continue to grow as an artist.
