We first started following the musical explorations of LA-based DJ/producer David “DAVI” Khanjian in 2014 when he released his gorgeous The Gates Of Babylon EP on Crosstown Rebels’ sub label Rebellion. Since then he’s continued to innovate and refine his warm, melodic house sound that’s peppered with a techy twist. Before the Rebellion regular makes a return to the label on May 20 with his blissful four-track Metropolis EP, he shares his five tracks of the moment.

One of my favorites from Nico and Mira, I have been playing this original almost every gig.
2. Rodriguez Jr. – “Mistral”
This is one of those tracks that i like to fit in my set at the right time and it does magic to the audience.
3. Frink – “Down Down” (Martin Aquino Remix)
This is the definition of a real deep house vibe for me, and I love starting my recent sets with this one at a intimate party.
4. El Mundo – “Don’t Fight Your Tears” (Original Mix)
El Mundo is one of my favorite producers. I’m really digging this one on Bondage Music.
5. Irrbloss – “Dorisburg” (Original Mix)
The vibe of this tune is another level! So airy yet groovy at the same time, amazing track by Irrbloss.
