A year after dropping their 2014 house anthem “Canto Del Pilon,” esteemed German duo Milk & Sugar — Mike Milk and Steven Sugar — are riding high once again courtesy of their new dance floor jam, “Ready or Not,” featuring emerging UK vocalist Taisa Bennett.

We’ve got the world premiere of the funkfest’s music video directed by YourDutch featuring lots of breakdancing, boomboxes and B-boy swagger.

“We wanted to have something more rough and urban for this song,” the Munich-based duo tells us. “Graffiti and a funky style is the message of the video, and we think it fits with the track perfectly.”

Disclosure‘s Howard and Guy Lawrence spoke about the musical ethos behind their upcoming album, Caracal, and why they always believed Sam Smith was destined to be a star, at Capitol Records’ third annual Capitol Congress held August 5, 2015 at the ArcLight Theatre in Hollywood, CA.

Due out September 25 and featuring collaborations with The Weeknd, Miguel and Lorde, Caracal includes slower tempos and is a departure from the house and garage tracks that informed their 2013 debut, Settle.

The Lawrences report their R&B leanings received a warm reception on their recent European tour went down extremely well, and they’re eager to present more songs from their upcoming sophomore effort.

“We’ve been in rehearsals a lot…we did a big test run in Europe and we played some good festivals,” said Howard Lawrence. “It’s looking good. I just can’t wait to put the whole album into the show, you know, because we kinda tested a few songs and once people know them it’s going to be amazing.”

Video Premiere: Raw Calibre – “Do The Dance”

Raw Calibre

Last month we had the pleasure of world premiering Manchester bass/grime/hip-hop outfit Raw Calibre‘s high-octane track “Madman” from their The Hierarchy debut on Waxman Music. The threesome — MCs Guillotine Mack, Mic Beef and Christov — strike hard once again with the music video for “Do The Dance” directed by KC Locke from EY3Media which we are extremely pleased to world premiere.

“The concept [of the video] came about when we started writing the concept for the song,” the triumvirate tell us. “Guillotine Mack thought it would be cool to highlight some of the ongoing problems of today and show different controversial aspects of life and highlight the misdemeanours people get up to behind closed doors. The experience was fun and highly energetic as we didn’t want it to be too serious after are first video ‘Madman’ which is a lot darker.”

What’s next for Raw Calibre? Plenty. They will be shooting a video for “Freaky” and will drop their debut album in February.

In the meantime, hit the play button below and get ready to do the dance!
