Insomniac has partnered with L.A.-based hospitality company SBE to launch Create Nightclub in Hollywood. The opening night will take on May 11 and will feature Dutch trance star Dash Berlin.
While Create’s Facebook page only features the club’s logo and no images of the club, the venue located in the former Vanguard space is promising state-of-the-art technology with a heavy emphasis on bottle service and big-name DJs. Entrance to the club won’t come cheap: General admission is $50 and tables range from $500 to $5,000 for the night.
Though we don’t know what Create looks like inside as of yet, upcoming bookings include Dada Life, Deniz Koyu and Pierce Fulton on May 18, Arty on May 24 and Jamie Jones and Jack Beats on May 25.
Obligatory press release gush from Costas Charalambous, senior vice president SBE Nightlife Group: “This is a landmark partnership for the Los Angeles music scene and one that enables us to combine the talent and vast operational and marketing resources of sbe and Insomniac to produce groundbreaking shows and events. Create is brilliantly symbolic of the partnership in that we’ve designed a space that we can program in a way that is truly unrivaled in the industry.”
Obligatory press release gush from Pasquale Rotella, CEO and founder of Insomniac: “The dance community in the United States has witnessed a powerful evolution over the last decade and as a result of the industry’s growth this was a natural partnership. By combining sbe’s expertise in hospitality and nightlife with Insomniac’s deep roots in dance music and dedication to the fan experience, we’re bringing the best of both worlds together for fans. The space is devoted to creativity…creativity in all its forms.”
