Dance label Global Underground will celebrate its 20th anniversary with a spate of activities in the fall. The imprint will release Twenty, a massive three-CD compilation, on October 28, featuring tracks from Moby, Simian Mobile Disco, Guy Gerber, Habischman and more (see full list below). The compendium will include a Super Deluxe Collector’s Edition featuring a 112-page hard cover photography book of iconic Global Underground images captured by Dean Belcher. Belcher’s iconic GU images will be on exhibition at Edwin Jeans Exhibition Space in Brick Lane, London from October 28–November 10.
GU has also planned their biggest event at Amsterdam’s Q Factory on October 20 during ADE with James Lavelle, Darren Emerson, Eelke Kleijn, Habischman, and others. The shindig will be followed by a party hosted by The Gallery at London’s Ministry of Sound on October 28 with special guests to be announced.
