Russian DJ/producer Nina Kraviz has announced the formation of her own indie label, трип. Pronounced trip, the imprint will “focus on the trippier, acidic side of electronic music, the hypnotic sound that has become so synonymous with the Siberian’s DJ sets.” The imprint’s first release is due in September, though no details have been revealed yet. In the meantime, there will (naturally) be a series of трип parties beginning on June 14 at Sala Instinto in Barcelona featuring sets by Kraviz, Luke Hess, Breaker 1 2, Stanislav Tolckachev and Alien Rain.
