2018 Rewind: Noha

How was 2018 for you?

Noha: 2018 was an amazing year for me. After spending the past three years traveling and working on many different activities, I decided to relocate to Berlin to focus solely on music. I had no big expectations, just a lot of energy to invest. I was very lucky to meet amazing artists that became my closest friends. For the first time I feel that I belong to a community that I love and hope to give something back to it.

Highlights?

There have been so many special moments that is hard to pick just one. Just recently me and my best friends S.A.M, Matthew Dekay and Per Hammar played all together at Hoppettose for our new party called Anonymous Souls. The mind behind this was Amy, a friend we all had in common. She had the amazing idea to pull us together and celebrate our common friendship. It has been for sure one of the best party ever for me.

Lowlights?

Honestly speaking, this year was also very, very tough. Relocating and constantly working on new music took a toll on me more than once. But I can’t really recall any particular bad episode.

Song of the year?

This question is impossible to answer for me. What I heard the most, by the way, is for sure this track:

What’s your New Year’s resolution?

To take more care of my body and trying to spend more time with my family!
