How was 2018 for you?
Popof: 2018 was a very, very busy and fun year for me. I released lots of EPs (on Nicole Moudaber’s label Mood, Adam Beyer’s Truesoul imprint, Stefano Noferini’s Deeperfect and on Pig & Dan’s Elevate), and I played in countless amazing venues and my Form Music label’s events really took off this year!
Highlights?
So many of them… Playing inside the Spider at Resistance Ultra festival Miami was pretty awesome. Walking on the Great Wall of China was intense. And I played in Medellin for the very first time in my career. Meeting my fans there was definitely a highlight.
Lowlights?
It comes unfortunately with the job: traveling so much does take its toll on me physically, but I work out and exercise whenever I can. And being away from my family is something I can never get used to.
