How was 2018 for you?
Julian Jeweil: 2018 was an amazing year for me. First, because I’ve completed my very first album Transmission (out in January on Drumcode)! I was also blessed to play at amazing events such as Resistance at Ultra festival (Mexico, Korea, Taiwan, etc), Drumcode festival in the Netherlands, BPM festival and so many more. And, let’s not forget POPOF’s label Form Music’s USA tour – it was great!
Highlights?
The entire year 2018 because there are so many of them.
Lowlights?
Every weekend I stress out because I’m so afraid to miss a flight or a connection, and not be able to perform.
Song of the year?
Ikat – Amotik
What’s your New Year’s resolution?
To be able to continue doing what I love most: to produce and play DJ sets.
