Kuo Climax 5 Tracks of the Moment

Kuo Climax

Barcelona-based Kuo Climax’s star is on the rise. Having released tracks on quality labels such as Emerald City, Knee Deep In Sound, Solid Grooves and VIVa MUSiC, the young up-and-comer has just dropped a fierce dance floor bomb in the form of his two-track Nacrem EP on Jamie Jones and Lee Foss’ Hot Creations.

“Whyte” is a simple, eight-minute tech-house odyssey boasting some of the best hi-hats we’ve heard this year, while the title cut goes deeper into the house music cosmos.

With plenty more irons in the fire for 2018, including the upcoming launch of his own vinyl-only imprint, LFOFL, Kuo Climax is a producer to keep your eye on.

As his EP continues to buzz and gain momentum, we asked him to share his favorite tracks of the moment.

Mandar – String Theory (Oscillant Music)
Masterpiece made in France. Perfect mix between electronic and organic. This is music for the dance floor and for the soul. Simply brilliant.

Unknown artist – Ijzeren Rots (DIGWAH)
Original and sentimental. This track is perfect to destroy the dance floor.

Janeret – odyssey (Tartouffe)
It’s amazing how all this set of sound envelopes make this song a perfect banger for all kind of parties, day and night, club or festival. I love it.

Lazare Hoche & Traumer – Seascape (Lazare Hoche Records)
Thirteen minutes of a great music history told through original resonances and a great set of modular sounds. Amazing.

Uniile – une lle (Uniile)
This techno old-school groove is the star here accompanied by a super voice that gives off such a good vibe.
