2017 Rewind: Fluxion

fluxion

How was 2017 for you?
Fluxion: 2017 was a great year. I’ve finished new Fluxion productions for 2018, relaunched my record label, Vibrant Music, and started the Transformations collaborative project between Deepchord & Fluxion.

Highlights?
The moment I realized that I have to communicate new music with others, and that there is no other way. It is always a sign that I have something interesting in my hands.

Lowlights?
Super consumption resulting to the need for more natural resources. The bubble effect on the use of the internet becoming more and more apparent and accepted as a natural progression on the use of the internet, despite ethics, legality, and violation of human rights.

Song of the year?
Solar Light Emissions release by Tape Loop Orchestra, the full thing. I really like what they do in their field.

What’s your New Year’s resolution?
To give and offer more chances to others to be heard. The electronic music industry media ecosystem, has this tendency to not dig deep enough, as it needs “stars” to sell ads, like every other industry. Therefore it falls sometime to us the artists, to try to give other artists some attention. So thats one of the things I want to do more, and hope others would too.
